This hazy IPA was brewed with a ton of late addition and dry-hopped goodness for big flavor and aroma, without being overly bitter or boozy. The result is a smooth, fresh, and balanced hop bomb that we can’t get enough of. Heavily hopped with Citra, Idaho 7, Motueka, Jarrylo, Comet, and Mosaic, just to name a few. This new batch was also conditioned over pink guava puree!

This is an IPA of graspable extremities. Tipping the balance slightly in favor of the bitter side, this beer unapologetically shows off aromatic notes of grapefruit rind and tangerine. Its hop bill of primarily Zythos, Denali, and Azaca, and hazy light orange appearance (reminiscent of Hulk Hogan’s mustache circa 1988), sit above a simple grist of two row, flaked oats, and a dash of Munich malts.

A tart, bright, highly-carbonated, and tangy unfiltered wheat ale. A light addition of kosher salt and coriander helps to bring out a slightly mineral mouthfeel and lemony pucker at first taste, which quickly dissipates to a clean dry light malt flavor.
